For the Rally, social interaction is an important part of the concept. For this year 2021 we cannot arrange a Rally with the high safety thinking as we can do at the Open Yard/Öppet Varv. That's why the 2021 Rally is canceled. The next Rally is scheduled for June 17-18, 2022. Those who signed up for the 2021 Rally and made a payment, will get this refunded.
All Hallberg-Rassy sailors are hereby invited to the traditional and popular Hallberg-Rassy Rally where everybody wins, Friday 17 June - Saturday 18 June 2022 in Ellös.
In 2019, 101 Hallberg-Rassy sailors with 40 Hallberg-Rassy yachts from 24 ft up to 57 ft participated in the rally.
As the tradition says with this popular Rally, there will be no time keeping and no racing but only winners. Every boat that sails will win some kind of category. One category is crazier than the other. That could include for example Happiest Crew, Oldest Boat, Youngest Crew Member and a lot more.
You may use or not use gennaker, code zero, spinnaker or even use the engine if you think that is useful.
Prizes will be generous, last year it included for example a Raymarine Axiom MFD chart plotter, an inverter, a sprayhood, several automatic life vests, led lights, tool kits, sailing jackets, bags and a lot more.
