The traditional Hallberg-Rassy Party for Hallberg-Rassy crews crossing the Atlantic has just been held for the 20th year in a row. The party was held for 13 Hallberg-Rassy yachts who will cross with ARCplus on Sunday.
There were boats from 41 to 64 ft, from 1978 to 2019. The party was very appreciated. Hallberg-Rassy crews from nine different nations; the UK, Sweden, Germany, USA Italy, Norway, Cook Islands, the Netherlands and Switzerland participate in the ARCplus.
ARC stands for Atlantic Rally for Cruisers and will now be sailed from Gran Canaria to St Lucia in the Caribbean via Cape Verde.
