Hans Johansson started working for Hallberg-Rassy as an apprentice in 1978 and retired today 28 March 2024.

The first job was being part of building the wooden hull plug for the Hallberg-Rassy 352 together with the most skilled carpenters at the boatyard.

Throughout the years Hans has worked as machine carpenter, teak deck maker, interior fittings installer, deck equipment installer, interior carpenter and finally with educating  young new employees in the company.
