Thanks to many orders for new boats, Hallberg-Rassy in Ellös on island Orust, West Sweden, gears up selected parts of the production to be running 24 hours a day; Sunday evening to Friday evening, for a limited time.

This starts on Sunday evening, August 27, just after this year's Open Boatyard will end. During the Open Boatyard, 25-27 August 2023, 21 yachts under construction are on display, including a pre-premiere in production of the new flagship Hallberg-Rassy 69, the largest and greatest yacht ever from Hallberg-Rassy.

Open Boatyard is part of the Orust Sailboat Show with Open Boatyard/Öppet Varv. You can watch boat building going on even during the weekend. Here there are outlets, many exhibitors of yacht equipment, lots of new, used and classic boats of a large number of brands. No other boat show in Scandinavia has so many sailboats to look at
