Actor and highly respected Hollywood giant Robert Redford just passed away at the age of 89. 

A Hallberg-Rassy P 28 is part of the movie ”The way we were”, starring Barbra Streisand and Robert Redford, recorded 1973.

The action in the movie should show the era between the end of the 1930s and the beginning of the 1950s. So actually some years ahead of when the first P28 was launched in real life. 

Redford sailed the vintage Harry Hallberg designed Hallberg-Rassy in this movie. Harry Hallberg successfully exported his yachts into the USA very early on, already in the 1950s.
