Die Hallberg-Rassy 29 wurde von 1982 bis 1994 gebaut. Insgesamt 571 Einheiten wurde gebaut. Die Hallberg-Rassy 29 wurde mit oder ohne Hundekoje angeboten.  Die Version ohne Hundekoje hatte eine zusätzliche Backskiste im Cockpit. Eine klassisch schöne Yacht, die immer ihre Liebhaber haben wird.

Hallberg-Rassy 29 dritter im Round Britain Race

Das „Round Britain Race“ ist eine sehr anspruchsvolle Regatta, die mehr als 14 Tage dauert. 1989 belegte ein ganz normale Hallberg-Rassy 29 den 3. Platz – nur 10 Minuten hinter Platz zwei. Sowohl das erste als auch das zweite waren Regattaboote. Die Hallberg-Rassy 29 ist kein Regattaboot, behauptet sich aber im richtigen Kontext dennoch erstaunlich gut.

In praise of my Hallberg-Rassy 29

I bought my Hallberg-Rassy 29 from you in June 1991 since when I have had a very great deal of enjoyable sailing with my boat around Sweden, Denmark, Norway, northern France and UK. She performed well in all conditions and I would like you to know that on Monday of this week she was put to the test in rough conditions when wind strength reached 9 Beaufort on my passage from Dorset to Hamble. Our press reported that on that afternoon 25 boats participating in Cowes' week events were dismasted in the Solent but the Hallberg-Rassy 29 (who was not racing) dealt well with those conditions and she proved once again to be extremely sturdy. There are a number of positive features about the Hallberg-Rassy 29 but I just thought that you might be interested in this last experience.
